We collect the email address you use to sign in, device / user-agent for session lists, Pro entitlements (whether your account has Pro), download-history metadata you sync from the extension (Instagram usernames you choose to track, not your Instagram password), uninstall feedback you submit, and server logs needed to run the service.

We do not collect credit cards, bank details, or payment history. If you upgrade, checkout happens on PayPal. We never see or store your card. PayPal only tells us whether Pro is active. First-time sign-in (and sign-in after the session cookie expires) uses a 6-digit email code and a confirm link that expire in 15 minutes.

The website session cookie (mid_session) lasts 1 year and is refreshed when you open Sign in while still signed in. A new email code is required after that year, after you sign out, or in a new browser. Extension sessions can be revoked from Account in the Chrome extension. We also use a short-lived referral cookie (mid_ref) when you open an invite link, admin login, and a random first-party visitor id (mid_vid) so we can count visits and see which pages and referrers are useful. That counter is self-hosted: we store the page, referrer, browser type, and a hashed IP, never the raw IP, and we share none of it with third parties. No advertising cookies.

If you subscribe to product updates we store your email, the confirmation time, and a hashed IP for abuse prevention. Every update carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by emailing support.

We do not sell personal data. Hostinger hosts this site and sends our sign-in emails. If you buy Pro, you pay PayPal — not us. If you click Google Drive in the extension, copies of photos and videos go to your Google account under Google’s terms; those files are not stored on our servers.

Instagram content you download stays on your computer; we do not host your media library. Export CSV only saves a list on your computer.

We never ask for an Instagram password. The extension uses the Instagram session already in Chrome. Media is saved to your computer; we do not host your photo or video library.
