Refund Policy

Monthly and yearly Pro are PayPal subscriptions. You can cancel auto-renewal in Manage subscription. You keep access until the current period ends.

If a first charge was a mistake or the extension could not run, email support@extbid.lol within 7 days of payment. We refund unused first-period charges at our discretion after we confirm the account and PayPal transaction.

Lifetime purchases: same 7-day window if you have not made substantial use of Pro. After that, lifetime is non-refundable except where required by law.

Chargebacks and PayPal disputes revoke Pro immediately. If you need a refund, contact us first so we can handle it without a dispute fee.
