Export a CSV of what you downloaded
Keep a record of every file for reports, clients, or your own archive index.
When a client asks what you delivered, or you want an index of your archive, export the list. CSV export is included with Pro. To put the photos and videos in Drive, use Google Drive instead.
Steps
- Open the Master Instagram Downloader extension page (click the puzzle piece, then the extension, then History — or open Settings and choose History in the left menu).
- Click Export CSV.
- Chrome saves
master-instagram-downloader-archive-YYYY-MM-DD.csv. Open it in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
What is in it
One row per downloaded file with four columns: completedAt, filename, url, and state. It is a plain CSV, so you can filter, sort, or paste it into a report.
Tips
- Export right after a Download All run to get a delivery list for that batch.
- Combine with a By Publish Date folder preset so the CSV and the folders tell the same story.
