Bulk download Instagram posts for client work

Posts, photos, carousels, videos, ZIP batches, and clean file names for agencies and managers.

For managers and agencies the job is usually the same: get every asset from a client profile onto a drive, with names a human can read, and repeat it without duplicates.

The workflow

1. Set naming first. Open the Master Instagram Downloader popup, choose a naming preset and folder structure (for example By Publish Date), so the whole batch lands organized. Naming guide.
2. Download All on the client profile. Include photos, videos, and carousels. Every carousel slide is saved as its own file.
3. Download New on the next visit. Only new items are saved; duplicates are skipped.

Handing over a batch

Files are ordinary MP4 and JPEG files in your Chrome downloads folder. Zip the folder or move it to your shared drive as usual. With Pro, JPEGs also carry the original publish date in their metadata, so client photo libraries sort them correctly.
